No — event lighting is a year-round service. While our Christmas installations run seasonally, we design and install wedding and event lighting for spring, summer, and fall dates across Thousand Oaks, Ventura County, and greater Los Angeles whenever your celebration is scheduled.
Yes. We work at wedding venues, private estates, backyards, corporate campuses, and rented event spaces. We coordinate with your venue or planner on access times, power, and any rigging rules, and we carry full liability insurance and a certificate of insurance if the venue requires one.
For weddings and larger events we recommend booking four to eight weeks ahead so we can complete a site walk and lock your date. Peak weekends in spring and fall fill quickly, so earlier is always safer. We can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines — call (805) 664-1958 to check availability.
Always. Every event package includes full teardown, either the same night after your guests leave or the next day, based on your venue's schedule. You never coordinate ladders, extension cords, or cleanup — our crew installs it, powers it, and removes every strand.
